Nella notte tra il 13 e 14 novembre, un incendio a distrutto 2.500 metri quadrati della Jungle di Calais, dove da aprile 2015 sono rifugiati oltre 6000 migranti.
L’incendio si è portato con sé vestiti, tende e documenti di identità, mettendo numerose persone in uno stato di emergenza ulteriormente superiore a quello che stavano già vivendo.
Calais si trova nel nord della Francia, le temperature sono molto rigide e non è possibile
dormire senza una tenda come riparo ed un’adeguato abbigliamento.
In seguito all’incendio è stato lanciato un appello: servono tende, vestiti e cibo, chiunque
si trovi in zona o possa in qualche modo raggiungere la Jungle cerchi di arrecare soccorso a chi non ha più nulla.
Emergency in Calais Jungle: clothes, tents and food needed!
In the night between 13rd and 14th of November, a fire destroyed 2500 square metres of the Calais Jungle’s area, where since April 2015 over 6000 refugees have been living. The fire burned clothes, tents, shelters and documents, putting in a worse situation many refugees who were already living in terrible conditions. Calais is situated in the north of France, and the weather is very frigid, therefore it’s impossible to spend the night without a tent, covers and suitable clothes. After the fire a call has been launched: tents, clothes and food are needed; whoever is near the area or can someway reach the Jungle please try to give support to those who have nothing more.
Emergencia en la Jungle de Calais: se necesitan ropa, tiendas y comida!
En la noche entre 13 y 14 de noviembre, un incendio destruyó 2500 metros cuadrados de la Jungle de Calais, donde mas que 6000 migrantes viven desde abril de 2015. El incendio quemó ropa, tiendas, refugios y documentos, ponendo muchos migrantes en una condición peyor de la que ya estaban viviendo. Calais està en el norte de la Francia, y el tiempo es muy frigido, por eso es imposible pasar la noche sin tienda, cubiertas y ropa apropriada. Después del incendio había lanzada una llamada: se necesitan tiendas, ropa y comidas; los cercanos y los que pueden llegar a la Jungle intenten suportar los que ahora tienen nada.
